NEED YOUR URGENT HELP TO APPLY FOR DISASTER RELIEF FUNDS FOR THE CREATIVE COMMUNITY – OKAY TO FILL OUR AFTER AUG 8th!
CreativityWorks and the Ventura County Arts Council are applying for a grant from the California Arts Council (CAC) to get disaster recovery money for Ventura County artists and arts organizations affected by the Thomas fire. The CAC requires that we conduct a survey to find how many artists and arts organizations were affected by the Thomas Fire and an estimated dollar amount of losses. Losses could be evacuation costs, loss of income or property damage costs- all okay to estimate for the survey.
Your answers will help demonstrate that Ventura County creatives have endured significant losses (damage, loss of income, loss of property) which may help us secure disaster relief funding.
